In Fall 2022, Carla Mestas from Circle Organization conducted a six-week online practice focused on Diversity, Equity, Leadership, and Inclusion. Participants selected included NDCA Staff and Board, as well as Organizational Constituents and Individuals who were already practicing these principles and could continue to share out with their own communities.

The next step for North Dakota Council on the Arts was to form the REACH committee in Winter 2023.
