Salary Range: Examiner I - $5158+/month depending on experience Examiner II - $7023+/month depending on experience Examiner III - $7847+/month depending on experience We offer a competitive employee benefits package including a fully paid family health insurance plan, paid leave, retirement plan options, infant at work program, and more! This position will be located in Fargo, ND. The successful candidate will be required to live in the Fargo community. While every day will be different, you will analyze financial statements, loan portfolios, and policies against banking regulations. You will document gaps or areas of concern to be shared with institutional leadership. You will communicate findings in both meetings and in reports for bank leadership. You will also work with bank leadership on a plan of action to resolve the findings. To thrive in this position, you must be confident and not easily intimidated by highly experienced leaders. You must enjoy analyzing numbers and solving problems. You must be able to juggle multiple projects and be able to shift between projects frequently throughout the day. You must be willing to travel overnight for onsite bank analysis. Travel time may be up to 25% of the work week. While teleworking is an option some of the time, you must live in Fargo/Moorhead/West Fargo community. To be considered for this position, you must have: * Bachelor's degree in accounting, banking, business administration, finance, economics, or other closely related field. * Coursework in Elements of Accounting I and II. * Work experience performing financial institutions duties of similar complexity as performed at this level may substitute for up to two years of the education requirement based on two years of experience for one year of education. Preference will be given to candidates who: * Have one additional accounting course from the following: Intermediate, Managerial, Cost, Income Tax, or Auditing. * Have accounting or banking-related experience. * Meet the Examiner III qualifications. If no qualified applicants are found, we will consider filling as and Examiner II or Examiner I. Additional qualifications for Examiner III: * Must have completed two comprehensive and complex examinations as examiner-in-charge. Additional qualifications for Examiner II: * One year of examiner experience that included functioning as an examiner-in-charge; or three years of professional banking experience, one of which must be in supervisory capacity.
