Customer Service Associate & Lifeguard

LSTC Collette Fitness Center - Grafton, ND - Customer Service Associate & LifeguardAs an Activity Assistant, you will assist in daily operations of Collette Fitness Center. You will give tours and information regarding the facility to customers, as well as operate the cash register and computer, plus handle incoming phone calls. You will provide outstanding customer service and complete some light cleaning/maintenance of equipment. You will be able to answer questions pertaining to our fitness classes and programs as well as assist customers with our cardio and weight room equipment when necessary. This position will also include lifeguard duties.To thrive in this position, you should be trustworthy, responsible, and confident in your abilities. We expect someone in this position to be professional, have good cash handling/math skills, and have the ability to take direction well. The ideal candidate should be professional, comfortable working with the public, and be able to work independently.To be considered for this position, you must be 15 years of age or older, have a lifeguard certification and/or able to obtain certification within 3 months of hire. No high school diploma or GED required. Location: Onsite at the Collette Fitness Center in Grafton, ND.
