Arts Across the Prairie: Informational Webinar - Request for Proposal Region 4

Join North Dakota Council on the Arts Executive Director, Kim Konikow, as well as Dawn Mandt (Red River Regional Council, Executive Director) and Kristi Wilfahrt (Public Arts Commission, Grand Forks) to learn more about the Request for Proposal for Arts Across the Prairie: Placemaking in Rural North Dakota in Region 4 (Walsh, Pembina, Grand Forks, and Nelson Counties).

 

The Region 4 project is called Endless Sky - Dynamic Layers. The vision is for a permanent large-scale art installation, and the finalist’s proposals should reflect your affection for and attention to place. Rural communities/residents will be living with the artwork for a long time, perhaps generations. The finalist selection for this project will also require the ability to teach and share with others as we train future North Dakota artists in the outdoor installation process.
