Ward County Human Service Zone - Minot, ND (Onsite Position)The Human Resource and Operations Manager (51-00-6652) is a leadership position within Ward County Human Service Zone and part of the Administration Team. This position oversees all Human Resources responsibilities, and manages operational processes and procedure for Ward Human Service Zone. This position works closely with the Zone Director, providing support and assistance to execute Zone-wide initiatives and exceptional delivery of program services. This position participates as a representative in the interests of the Zone in collaboration with State, County and community partners. This position leads the Administration team in collaboration with the Zone Director, including direct supervision of Administration team members. This position serves as backup for supervision and Zone representation in the absence of, and as delegated by, the Zone Director. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field as well as:Leadership experience required, including direct supervision and leading multi-disciplinary teamsHuman Resources experience requiredSHRM-(S)CP or (S)PHR certification required or certification completed within 1 year from date of hire Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with composureAdvanced ability to devise solutions to administrative or operational problemsExperience working in complex work environment; experience working in merit-based, Human Service, or government institutions preferredAdvanced ability to analyze, interpret and meaningfully organize existing data and researchMust have valid driver's licenseApplication ProceduresPlease make sure your resume includes information to demonstrate how you meet the minimum qualifications as posted.
