THE PUBLIC IS INVITED to attend a Community Reception to learn more about the Arts Across the Prairie project ENDLESS SKY - DYNAMIC LAYERS underway in Region 4. Artist James Peterson and AAP staff will provide an overview of the project, and some video presentations including a conversation/discussion.
