North Dakota Council on the Arts has been approved for a $933,513 National Endowment for the Arts FY 2024 partnership agreement to address priorities identified at the State level.

North Dakota Council on the Arts (NDCA) is proud to announce and welcome Jessica Christy as the next executive director of the agency.

During her tenure at NDCA, Executive Director Kim Konikow successfully advocated to increase the agency’s budget, introducing new programs for underserved communities, and expanded staff capacity to manage those programs.
