When Yolanda Rojas moved from Arizona to Watford City in 2014, she saw no signs of her Hispanic cultural traditions and language. To help fill the void, she founded Hispanic Advocacy of ND to provide opportunities that empower and enrich the Hispanic community in North Dakota.
