As a Licensed Addiction Counselor with the Missouri River Correctional Center, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team to conduct assessments and referrals, facilitate evidence-based programming and individual counseling, provide case management, crisis intervention, and group therapeutic counseling services to individuals, families, and clients. HHS Developmental Disabilities Department - Devils Lake/Rolla area - DD Program Manager As a Developmental Disabilities Program Manager, you will provide Program Management and service coordination for all available Developmental Disability services for eligible individuals. Behavioral Health - Remote in North Dakota - Behavioral Health Administrator-Community ConnectThe ND Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Behavioral Health Division is seeking Behavioral Health Administrator to join the community supports team. As the Behavioral Health Administrator, you will work as part of a collaborative team focused on building capacity for quality, behavioral health support services and administering programs providing supportive services throughout the state in the Community Connect program. You will monitor assigned providers/vendor performance through reconciling and monitoring of monthly outcomes, site visits, and regional meetings. Additionally, you will collaborate with community stakeholders to identify service gaps, progress, and successes and provide training and technical assistance for community providers. You will assess, provide, coordinate training and communicate resources to providers, and clear consistent messaging on behavioral health best practices.
